Order parcels, aerial imagery, LiDAR DEM, or contours on their own - or take parcels + aerial + DEM as the Site Basemap bundle ($100, save $35). Contours come at any interval you like ($30 with the first included, +$5 per added interval), and sites up to 200 acres carry no area fee. Most jobs land between $100 and $250.

Which CRS and datum do I get?

Whatever you specify - EPSG:2926 and the other WA state-plane zones included. Horizontal and vertical datums are printed on the summary sheet.

Is it really CAD-ready?

Yes - DXF siblings for every vector and a LandXML existing-ground surface, named to match what you'd draw by hand. DWG on request.

Where does the data come from?

Public county, state, and federal services, DNR LiDAR, USFWS, FEMA, NRCS, and NAIP - only sources licensed for redistribution in your deliverables.

What if a layer fails?

The order is held and reviewed by a human before delivery. A package missing a paid-for layer never ships, and you aren't billed for it.
